The Comprehensive Professional Facialist Course

Ready to become a certified facialist? The ABT Accredited Comprehensive Facialist Course at Bedew Skin School provides in-depth training on a wide range of facial treatments, skincare techniques, and product knowledge.

By enrolling in this course, you will gain the skills and expertise needed to start a successful career in the skincare industry. We will cover deep cleansing with steam, exfoliation methods, choosing treatment serums, masks and moisturisers plus adding in velus hair removal, LED, lymphatic drainage, massage, scalp stimulation and relaxation methods.

You will receive access to the online learning platform to work your way though the theory modules and your posted notebook, flashcards and pens after signing up. 

Once you have completed your at home study and gain your theory certificate, you will attend your in person, full day session in clinic at BEDEW HQ where we will support putting your knowledge and skills into practice to complete your course. 

This course has over 100 steps not only teaching you how to carry out a facial treatment but giving you the knowledge in common skin concerns, hormonal changes, skin anatomy, functions and so much more. 

What to expect

Once you enrol and complete checkout you will gain access to the theory work for your course. This is online and you can complete this at your own pace. The exam at the end will test your knowledge and once you pass you'll recieve your certificate and can book your practical day with us.

The practical day will begin with a recap of your theory work and a chance to ask any questions you have. You will then watch a facial demonstration starting with consultation, skin analysis and setting up for treatment before moving on to the protocol and aftercare advice.

You will then work on two models, fully supported to ensure you feel confident. You will then complete your final model yourself with oversight, to test your knowledge, skill and ability to perform the treatment.

Once you pass your practical learning you'll recieve your ABT accredited certificate in The Comprehensive Facialist Course to gain insurance and begin offering your service with our full aftercare support for any guidance you need after completion.

This course is accredited by Associated Beauty Therapist Insurance. It is insurable, compliant and suitable for both beginners and established therapists.
